Delivery Policy

Delivery in Metropolitan France :

- Standard service: Free delivery with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days, provided by Mondial Relay and Colissimo.

- Paris Intramuros: Exclusive hand delivery service, offering a personalized experience.

International delivery :

- Europe (European Union): Charge of 15 euros, delivery within 3 to 9 working days.

- Europe (non-EU): 15 euro charge, 5 to 9 working days.

- International (North America, Africa, Middle East) : Charge of 25 euros, delivery within 7 to 12 working days.

- International (South America, Asia, Oceania, French overseas departments and territories) : Charge of 25 euros, delivery within 9 to 14 working days.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to external factors.

Return Policy

Right of withdrawal :

- Deadline: 14 days from receipt of item.

- Article Condition: Return the article in its original condition. The item label must remain intact and not be removed.

Return procedure :

- Notification: The customer must inform Rouge Néon of his intention to return by email to contact@rouge-neon.com to find out what to do next and obtain the return form.

- Return shipment: Items must be returned at the customer's expense, accompanied by the return form.

Returns Processing :

- Refunds: Will be made within a few days using the payment method used at the time of purchase, for returns that comply with the stated conditions.

- Non-conformity: If an item is returned without its original label or in a non-conforming condition, Rouge Néon reserves the right to refuse a refund. The item can be returned to the customer on request.
