Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded between Rouge Néon, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and its customers, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer", on the company's website Rouge Néon , which specializes in online clothing sales.

2. Products and Orders
2.1. The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor color variations may exist between the products delivered and those presented on the website, notably due to screen resolution.
2.2. The Customer may place an order via the website. The order is final after validation of payment by the Customer. The Vendor reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

3. Price and Payment
3.1. The prices displayed on the site are in euros and include all taxes and delivery charges for Metropolitan France, but exclude delivery charges for other countries. These costs will be specified during the ordering process.
3.2. Payment is made online using the payment methods accepted on the site. The Customer guarantees that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen method of payment.

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery times are indicated when the order is placed and are given for information only. Any delay in delivery shall not give rise to damages or to cancellation of the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, provided that the item is returned in the exact condition in which it was sent (video and photo proof).
5.2. To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Vendor by e-mail at contact@rouge-neon.com of his or her decision to withdraw and return the products at his or her expense in their original condition and complete with the return form. In the event that the parcel is returned damaged or in a condition other than that in which it was received, Rouge Néon may decide not to proceed with reimbursement of the article and will, on request, return the article to the customer.

8. Disputes and claims
8.1. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact the Vendor's customer service department in order to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those designated by the legal rules of jurisdiction.

9. Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
9.1. The Vendor reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time the order is placed.
